The AS-MSK-AFA-MC400 R2R Coating System revolutionizes precision thin-film manufacturing with modular flexibility for battery electrodes, flexible electronics, and functional coatings. Engineered for R&D and pilot production, this system supports slot die coating, doctor blade, and micro gravure methods, delivering ±1μm coating uniformity. Featuring a multi-zone convection drying oven with gradient temperature control (up to 200°C) and optional NMP/emission monitoring, it ensures solvent-free, crack-resistant film curing. Customize coating modes (continuous/stripe/grid) and integrate slurry feeding or solvent recovery systems for sustainable, high-throughput processing. Ideal for lithium-ion battery anode/cathode R&D and perovskite solar cell prototyping.
